Miami is home to the tallest building in Florida, the Four Seasons Hotel Miami. This beautiful piece of architecture stands a towering 789 feet and has 70 floors. Construction of this magnificent skyscraper began in mid 2000 and was finished three short years later.

It took two separate teams of planning firms to make this amazing structure reality. The building plans were made by Gary Edward Handel & Associates, but the actual engineering work was done by Suncoast Post-Tensions.

Most high-rise structures must have post-tensioning reinforcements installed to protect the multi-million dollar investment as well as the safety of the tenants inside.

Starting from the base of this beautiful building, the main lobby is simple yet elegant. This is the welcoming hub for the beginning of the office spaces that lie above. On the next eight floors, HSBC Bank USA consumes most of the 230,000 square feet of office space. The bank has been a tenant here since the Four Seasons Hotel Miami first opened.

Separating the office space from the hotel on the seventh floor is another stylishly built lobby. This was added to the design to give a warm welcoming reception area for all guests registering into the hotel.

The Four Seasons Miami is the sole tenant of the next 32 floors. From floor eight all the way up to floor forty, you will find 221 magnificent hotel rooms including 39 suites and 84 cozy condo style rooms. This luxury hotel boasts some of the most sought after amenities available to its guest.

In room services include the following: CD player, clock radio, down stuffed pillows, DVD player, hair dryer, safe (large enough to accommodate a laptop computer), interactive television with satellite channels, iron and ironing board, multi-line telephone system with voicemail, refrigerated private bar, thick and cuddly terry bathrobes, and wired/wireless internet. At the front desk of the Four Seasons Miami you will also find a 24 hour multilingual concierge, currency exchange service, 24 hours on call doctor, secured safety deposit boxes and umbrella escort to your car.
